Because of this growth, Jamison has created a need for ambitious and determined employees to continue to further promote the progress of this ever-growing company.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately</li>\n <li>Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality and Safety policies.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and demonstrate basic job procedures that have been established for each work area.</li>\n <li>Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility to avoid equipment damage and downtime.</li>\n <li>Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.</li>\n <li>Highly productive and self-motivated, positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy</li>\n <li>Ensure products are conforming to requirements and specifications.</li>\n <li>Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n <li>Vocational and technical training or previous manufacturing experience preferred</li>\n <li>Technically competent, quick study, excellent math skills</li>\n <li>Other skills required:</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Summary of Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401k with match up to 4% of employee’s paycheck</li>\n <li>Vacation and Company holidays</li>\n <li>Ability to earn additional days off</li>\n <li>Insurance (medical, optical, dental and prescription)</li>\n <li>Pay Rate: $26.71 per hour.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#INDSS</p>",
