Our community is strong because of this.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The School of Business and Technology at Holy Family University is seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach SPMM-420 Legal Issues in Sport on Monday, Wednesday, &amp; Friday from 9:15 AM &ndash; 10:15 AM. The course will be held in the Fall 2026 semester beginning on - 8/31/2026 through 12/21/2026 on the Northeast Philadelphia Main Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports, demonstrated expertise in legal issues in sports, and a passion for engaging and inspiring students.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All employees must understand the mission of Catholic higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals and objectives of Holy Family University.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain academic excellence in the classroom.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct face to face classroom instruction following the University&rsquo;s academic standards and guidelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate active learning experiences and practical exercises to enhance student comprehension and application of technology concepts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide grades and feedback to students in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond to email correspondence from Deans, Coordinators, and students in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use the Learning Management System (CANVAS) appropriately for all classes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize advising software (CRM Advise) to identify student issues and alert support offices within the university in a timely manner.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The successful applicant must hold an earned Master&rsquo;s Degree in Business or a related field.
