H&M is a subsidiary of MasTec, a certified Minority-Controlled Company by the National Minority Supplier.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>This position is a field based role and will travel daily to job sites mostly in Indiana.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Broom/Shovel work assisting crew in underground utility construction.</li>\n <li>Assist crew members in trenching, digging, pulling and removing material.</li>\n <li>Operate power equipment for demolition, concrete removal, grading, truck/dumpster loading, site clean-up and other general tasks using company and/or rental equipment.</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain condition of company equipment.</li>\n <li>Loads and unload trucks and haul/hoist materials.</li>\n <li>Participate in daily job briefing and safety meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds.</li>\n <li>Must be able to wear all required personal safety equipment.</li>\n <li>A valid drivers license is required.</li>\n <li>Pre-Employment Drug Testing.</li>\n <li>Must be available for overtime weekday and/or weekend.</li>\n <li>Labor experience in utilities, preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Henkels and McCoy is a Union Employer</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities</strong></p>",
