This role is responsible for developing high-performing content strategies, producing viral-ready short-form content, monitoring trends, and driving audience growth through innovative storytelling and platform-native content.</p><p>The ideal candidate understands internet culture, social media algorithms, short-form video strategy, and audience psychology, and can quickly create engaging content that drives shares, engagement, and conversions.</p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><strong>Content Strategy &amp; Creation</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute viral social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.</li><li>Create engaging short-form content optimized for reach, retention, and shareability.</li><li>Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action.</li><li>Repurpose content across multiple platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Trend &amp; Audience Monitoring</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor emerging trends, memes, sounds, and platform updates.</li><li>Identify opportunities to capitalize on viral moments.</li><li>Research audience behavior and competitor content.</li><li>Adapt content style based on analytics and performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance &amp; Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Track KPIs including engagement, reach, watch time, shares, and follower growth.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on hooks, captions, thumbnails, and formats.</li><li>Generate regular social media performance reports.</li></ul><p><strong>Community Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to comments and audience interactions.</li><li>Help grow online communities and increase brand loyalty.</li><li>Encourage conversations and audience participation.</li></ul>",
