Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide security and protection for guests and company assets</li>\n <li>Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission, ensuring compliance and minimizing violations.</li>\n <li>Continuous and diligent monitoring of the racing side and surrounding areas on property.</li>\n <li>Ensure employees and people in the harness racing industry comply with the established policies and procedures, including reporting & documenting all incidents.</li>\n <li>Administer first aid and CPR within acquired training and ability.</li>\n <li>Report unsafe conditions and/or incidents.</li>\n <li>Respond to disturbances and emergency alarms on property.</li>\n <li>Check in all vehicles at the stable gate entrance.</li>\n <li>Must complete written reports regarding incidents.</li>\n <li>Provide security escort services to employees and guests as required.</li>\n <li>Direct traffic and control parking when required.</li>\n <li>When required assist local, state, federal law enforcement agencies and emergency services.</li>\n <li>Perform mobile patrols as designated in a company vehicle.</li>\n <li>Other job-related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English, possess excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to acquire a working knowledge of Company policies/procedures, federal and state laws, and PHRC regulation.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe working environment for guests and employees.</li>\n <li>Critical thinking skills, including sound judgment and ability to make effective decisions.</li>\n <li>Maintain certification in CPR and AED.</li>\n <li>Maintain a PHRC and PGCB credentials.</li>\n <li>Must obtain the oath of office as a PA Peace Officer within 30 days of hire.</li>\n <li>Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability if driving a company vehicle.</li>\n <li>Must meet all training standards as required by regulatory bodies.</li>\n <li>Must maintain professional and well-groomed appearance, including clean and neatly pressed uniform. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
