The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude and is driven to provide outstanding customer experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who You are</strong></p><ul><li>You’re able to adapt dynamically to shifting internal and external conditions.</li><li>You’re a true team player who can set your ego aside and find win-for-all solutions.</li><li>You are adaptable and innovative.</li><li>You voice your opinions and share ideas and best practices.</li><li>You collaborate to work smarter, not harder.</li><li>You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues.</li><li>Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.</li><li>Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.</li><li>Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor.</li><li>Work with a team of “Haus-Keepers” keepers on each shift.</li><li>Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.</li><li>Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests.</li><li>Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.</li><li>Respond to calls for “Haus-keeping” problems, such as spills and broken glass.</li><li>Collect and remove trash and debris.</li><li>Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing and sorting linen.</li><li>Report, turn in and log all lost and found items.</li><li>Clean upholstered furniture.</li><li>Perform detailed deep cleans when required.</li><li>Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.</li><li>Provide service support to guests</li><li>Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus Teammates to create a memorable guest experience.</li><li>Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision.</li><li>Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community.</li><li>Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.</li><li>Bring your personality to work.</li><li>Have FUN!</li><li>Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers!</li><li><strong>Embrace the Gravity Haus core values of:</strong></li><li>Keep Growing</li><li>Bring Others Along</li><li>Create Powerful Moments</li><li>Be “All-In” + Go the Distance</li><li>Make it Better than You Found It</li></ul><p><strong>What We Can Offer You</strong></p><ul><li>Benefits for full time regular team members include health insurance options, 401K with company match, and Gravity Haus All In in Membership.
