Strategic Business Ventures %26 Operations Director

Job Summary The Strategic Business Ventures & Operations Director will lead a team to enable data driven decision making through efficient and effective board level reporting, business plan development and presentation, strategic partnerships with external organizations, and P&L reporting on various IEEE - Standards Association (IEEE- SA) lines of business and products. Reporting to the Senior Director Strategy Execution and Engagement, IEEE SA, the incumbent will partner closely across the organization to leverage talent, data, and infrastructure as shared resources. The Director will directly oversee a small, high-impact team, including market intelligence professionals, to drive insights-led experimentation and foresight-driven strategy. This position will manage one (1) direct reports with additional staff underneath its direct reports.
