</strong>Bachelor of Science in Nursing</p><p><strong>Experience:&nbsp; </strong>Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in critical care and 3 year in a leadership role.</p><p><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross</li><li>ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross with 3 months of hire date; if permitted through licensed scope of practice.</li><li>Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire date; if licensed clinician</li></ul><p><strong>License:&nbsp; </strong>Current and valid Arizona RN license;
