    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As an <strong>Assistant Warehouse Manager</strong>, also known as <strong>Assistant Reusable Asset Depot (RAD) Manager</strong>, you’ll get to handle all administrative and operational functions for the designated location, travel to other company locations for additional on-the-job-training and could eventually relocate to another company location permanently to manage the site! We want this person to grow into a vital piece of one site and take their leadership to other sites if necessary! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Learn how to and assist with managing customer relationships for Relogistics Services </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work with the On-Site Manager (OSM) to set shift/operating schedule to best service the local customer(s) </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist with recruiting, developing, and managing employees </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist employees with general administrative questions regarding employment, pay, benefits, etc. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform basic financial data entry </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist with forklift driver duties as needed </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Other duties as assigned </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Need</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>3 or more years of related administrative and operational experience  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>1-2 years of previous management and/or supervisory experience is required </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution environment is preferred </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service to all levels of the organization as well as to visitors and customers </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Forklift certifications required </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel to various company locations, if required by the company </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday! </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Referral Bonuses </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Long-Term Career Advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, AD&D, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance for Eligible Full Time Employees </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Great Team Environment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It's Like</h2>\n<p>Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America!
