Provide guidance, counsel, and problem-solving support to team leaders, teams,&nbsp;and individuals.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Oversee the maintenance of all human resource records associated with talent acquisition and&nbsp;employee relations.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Streamline and improve the talent acquisition life cycle with evidence-based selection methods.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop and implement&nbsp;career development programs.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Recruitment of leadership positions and advanced professionals.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Oversight on all employee relations issues.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Implementation and rollout of quarterly and yearly staff/leader evaluations.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Involved in HR Strategic Planning and new program development.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Recommend and conduct training programs in relevant areas.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Recommend and administer programs that promote positive employee experiences including&nbsp;building relationships with all team members and having an active presence on the manufacturing&nbsp;floor.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with processing terminations and exit interview.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist and follow up on New Hire Check-Ins.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Promote a strong employer brand.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop talent pipeline with educators and community groups.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Three to five of progressively more responsible experience helpful</li>\r\n\t<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in a relative field preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with Employee Relations and Recruiting required</li>\r\n\t<li>SHRM Certification preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to work well independently and be self-directed</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations.
