Our Team Members are the foundation of our success and truly the most valuable part of the Live! brand</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Dances during open hours of venue to draw guests to get on the dance floor.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be willing and able to show that you are energetic, outgoing, fun person while maintaining professionalism at all times.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to ensure contribution to the atmosphere of the venue.</li>\n <li>Communicate with guests clearly, patiently and with good humor.</li>\n <li>Attends practices to ensure organized choreography is learned for performing in front of venue crowds.</li>\n <li>Dances during open hours of venue to draw guests to get on the dance floor.</li>\n <li>Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances and be comfortable dancing in public.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must speak English fluently, other languages preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others; understand and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.</li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.</li>\n <li>Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.</li>\n <li>Be able to stand and dance for long periods of time.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent work experience with customer service and/or hosting.</li>\n <li>You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.</li>\n <li>Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.</li>\n</ul>",
