    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the company&rsquo;s sanitation food safety program by focusing on proper cleaning and sanitizing of plant equipment and building in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies, FDA and OSHA regulations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic wash area duties including running a pan washer, cleaning utensils by hand when needed, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic machine disassembly/setup for cleaning (e.g., covers, piping, cover electrical with plastic)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete cleaning tasks per SSOPs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recognize and address equipment needing deep cleaning</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Properly use chemicals to effectively and safely perform cleaning tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Report employee safety, food safety, and quality concerns to appropriate personnel</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with all employee safety/food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1 year minimum working in a kitchen cleaning or 1 year working in a food plant as a sanitor cleaning equipment/machines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of pre-rinse/wash/rinse/sanitize steps</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of top down washing sequence for proper food safety</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of sanitation chemical usage</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of lockout/tagout programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to learn how to clean all plant lines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to prioritize work</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to problem-solve</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to complete assigned tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li></ul></div>\n<br/>3pm - 11:30pm",
