          "text": "<p>Ensure timely and accurate receiving, locating and sending of freight and information, conforming to safety standards and &#xa0;requirements as set by Expeditors.</p><p><strong><u>Tasks and Duties</u></strong></p><p>This section lists job-specific tasks and duties, such as the ones listed below, that are completed on a regular basis by the employee as noted in the <a href=\"https://expeditorsintl.sharepoint.com/sites/OpStandards/SitePages/Facility-Operations.aspx\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Warehouse Operational Performance Standards</a>. Click on the link to the performance standards to view more details for each task</p><ul><li>Coordinate all work activities relating to processing freight flow (in- &amp; outbound);</li><li>Receive goods and check freight for correct&#xa0; quantity, quality and possible damages;</li><li>Picking, checking and loading pallets for outgoing freight</li><li>Good knowledge of&#xa0; handling&#xa0; various internal means of&#xa0; transport ;</li><li>Loading and unloading of trucks by use of a forklift and/or electric pump trucks;</li><li>Create OSD reports and ensure correct completion;</li><li>Checking cargo manifests and assign to the Warehouse Agent Senior or Lead;</li><li>Perform double checks on the freight, ULDs , references &amp; AWB numbers;</li><li>Perform Dangerous Goods and/or Lithium checks (if in possession of IATA DG Certificate);</li><li>Different contouring, such as building and breaking down of&#xa0; ULDs;</li><li>Adhere to security and compliance rules as set up by Expeditors;</li><li>Ensure a safe work environment</li><li>Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedure</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment, all transport systems, storage areas, work places.</li><li>Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations</li><li>Escalation of problems to Management when necessary</li><li>Other tasks/duties as deemed appropriate by your management team.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong></p><ul><li>Use of standard office equipment - computer with keyboard and mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Write with pencil/pen/marker&#xa0;</li><li>Functions performed primarily on a Forklift Truck and standing extended periods of time.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
