Our fruit is harvested at the peak of ripeness, processed and packed in our state-of-the art shipment facilities with a keen attention to quality and food safety.<br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The Firestone Family began farming in Vancouver, WA, in 1896. In 2019, an impact investment fund managed by Agriculture Capital acquired FPF to build out a low cost, vertically integrated supply chain of high quality, organic blueberries operating at scale to address growing global demand for this nutritious fruit. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The Operation Support 2 takes directions from the Production Lead or Supervisor as to what area to work.  The Operation Support 2 is expected to visually inspect and sort products to customer specifications. The Operation Support 2 must communicate quality deviations to QA Technicians immediately. This position helps ensure that all products are processed to the highest standard of quality.
