This role requires a <strong>hands-on practitioner</strong> who can execute across daily operations, strategic, tactical, and transactional work.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage day-to-day change operations (trackers, reporting, follow-ups).</li>\n <li>Partner on the execution of the overall change management strategy.</li>\n <li>Draft, schedule, and tailor messaging for various employee and leadership audiences.</li>\n <li>Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with project workstreams and teams to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans.</li>\n <li>Handle logistics for events and readiness activities.</li>\n <li>Proactively identify risks and work to implement mitigation actions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in organizational development, communications, business administration, or related fields.</li>\n <li>2–5+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, project management, or communications.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with project management approaches, tools, and life-cycle phases.</li>\n <li>Strong execution skills — able to “roll up sleeves” and get work done.</li>\n <li>Comfortable shifting between strategy, planning, and detailed execution.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and making presentations, able to provide both detailed information and summaries to management-level individuals and groups.</li>\n <li>Advanced written and verbal communication, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.</li>\n <li>Experience in complex programs or transformations a plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to demonstrate a hands-on delivery experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications such as the Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) are highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc.</strong> offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.</p>\n<h2>Wage Data Per State Requirements</h2>\n<p>Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000.
