This role will operate various industrial machines, such as an Inner Groove Level Winder, Bunch Coiler, etc.  This role is located in <strong>Pine Hall, N.C.</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $18 to $20 per hour  (Additional pay levels are available for those interested in progressing.)</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>12-hour Night shifts available (2-2-3 schedule) </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule:</strong> Bi-weekly</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Machine Operator </strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate industrial coiling machine manufacturing wound commercial copper coils from tubes of various diameters and wall thickness.</li>\n <li>Perform set up, operation, change over, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for machinery.</li>\n <li>Performs banding operation using hand held pneumatic bander and manually operated crimper.</li>\n <li>Performs dimensional analysis of copper tubs a designated intervals during processing using micrometer.</li>\n <li>Use a variety of hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, pry bars, hammers, etc.</li>\n <li>Conduct safety audit of equipment at the beginning of each shift, records results of audit and submit results to Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Performs all applicable SOP's, JSA's and QAP's associate with assigned job.</li>\n <li>Ensure workspace is clean and tidy throughout the department.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Machine Operator Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma preferred.</li>\n <li>Industrial Manufacturing experience considered a plus.</li>\n <li>Mechanically inclined individual is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and solve basic math is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - <strong>Starting on Day 1! </strong>Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) match PLUS additional company contribution.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 8,000+ employees worldwide and 35+ locations in North America alone.
