Research and implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) to create engaging and impactful group curricula. Represent the program at resource fairs and community events, ensuring continued growth and visibility. Manage program evaluations, quarterly reports, and ensure adherence to funding requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and cultural competence skills. Experience working in urban areas with at-risk youth, understanding adolescent behaviors, substance abuse, and emotional learning. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present at community events and network effectively. Physical Requirements: This role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
