This role ensures materials and finished goods are received, stored, staged, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. The Shift Leader also provides day-to-day leadership for shipping and warehouse team members, supports process improvements, and helps maintain an organized, efficient, and safety-focused work environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department during the assigned shift</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely movement of materials and finished goods</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify shipments and related documentation to ensure the correct items and quantities are shipped and received</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory-related records and activity documents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure materials, components, finished goods, and other items are placed in the proper storage locations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain warehouse and storage areas in a safe, clean, organized, and orderly manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and other shifts to remove obstacles and support smooth operations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify issues, solve problems, and support continuous improvement efforts within the department</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with company procedures, safety expectations, and operational standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train, coach, direct, and motivate shipping and warehouse team members and temporary staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support performance management, accountability, and development of assigned employees</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead an assigned shipping/warehouse team of up to 30 employees and temporary associates</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide day-to-day directions, training, coaching, and support for shift personnel</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 3 years of prior shipping, warehouse, or logistics leadership experience;
