    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>$150/Day Per Diem | Daily Transportation from Winnemucca</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 9‑month heavy civil/mining project in Northern Nevada operating on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is best suited for local operators based in Winnemucca or nearby, or candidates willing to self‑arrange accommodations and take advantage of daily transportation to site.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project Details</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project duration: Approximately 9 months</li>\n <li>Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off</li>\n <li>Shift length: 10–12 hours per day</li>\n <li>Daily transportation provided from Winnemucca to site</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Important: Accommodations are not provided.
