Our customers are high profile passengers visiting or residing in Houston. Celebrities, government officials, heads of states, secretaries, industry leaders, all traveling out of Houston aboard private, corporate, and commercial aircraft are part of Abby’s valued circle of customers.</p><p>Our Pastry Team ensures that Abby’s food creations are a ‘passport’ to a culinary journey of cultural and diverse preferences. Innovation, trend setting menus, highest customer satisfaction is the signature of Abby’s Catering. Our culinary team will make sure our customers enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong>:</p><p>· Produce bakery and pastry items as needed</p><p>· Ensure that all plate presentation is professional and appealing</p><p>· Communicate any problems/issues to the Pastry Chef</p><p>· Work with Pastry Chef, as necessary to ensure excellent service</p><p>· Maintain a clean and orderly work area, in accordance with company food safety standards</p><p>· Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.</p><p>· Notify the Pastry Chef of any maintenance issues immediately</p><p>· Complete logs and checklists</p><p>· Exhibit extreme ownership</p><p>· Promote teamwork and positive morale</p><p>· Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company</p><p>· Perform all other duties as assigned by Pastry Chef.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Executive Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CORE competencies</strong></p><p>· Follow recipes, specifications, and instructions</p><p>· Attention to detail</p><p>· Dedicated to quality</p><p>· In-depth knowledge of food processing and food safety</p><p>· Ability to handle multiple tasks</p><p>· Time management</p><p>· Maintain workstations clean and safe</p><p>· Attend flexible shift schedules, including overnight shifts</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Core values:</strong></p><p>Abby’s Catering strongly promotes and cultivates its company core values.</p><p>(The easiest way to remember the five company core values) <strong>CATCH</strong></p><p>· Customer Driven</p><p>· Accountability</p><p>· Teamwork</p><p>· Competitiveness</p><p>· Honesty</p>",
