This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or grow your drafting career in a supportive, hands-on manufacturing environment.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>As a <strong>CAD Drafter</strong>, you&rsquo;ll support our product development efforts by transforming initial design concepts into detailed, functional CAD drawings. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you&#39;ll help ensure our high standards of quality and safety are met in every design.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Translate 3D models into 2D drawings using <strong>CREO CAD software</strong></li><li>Ensure compliance with drawing and documentation standards</li><li>Collaborate with design teams to resolve discrepancies</li><li>Create and manage Bills of Material (BOMs)</li><li>Use <strong>Windchill</strong> document management software to maintain revision control</li><li>Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and production teams</li><li>Identify and suggest process improvements</li><li>Support job documentation, troubleshooting, and project prioritization</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (0&ndash;2 years)</li><li>Familiarity with engineering drawing practices and drafting principles</li><li>Proficiency with CAD software (preferably CREO / Solidworks)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Basic understanding of engineering math and reasoning skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks typical in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Willingness to work overtime as required</li><li>Commitment to safety and continuous improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Great work schedule and full benefits package options to include the list below and more.&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Package</li><li>Disability and Life insurance</li><li>401k plans</li><li>Paid Time Off and Holidays</li><li>Safety Boot, Prescription Safety Glasses &amp; Uniform program.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
