    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>DAP is looking to hire R&amp;D Intern for Summer 2026.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p>The summer intern would work under mentorship of a senior scientist / Supervisor to perform collaborative research for development adhesives or repair products with unique and differentiated properties.&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in Batch making, data analysis, product testing.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Pay</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$17 / hour.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Major: &nbsp;Chemical Engineering</li>\n <li>Rising Junior or Senior</li>\n <li>General lab skills (formulating, mixing, ability to research test methods and raw materials).</li>\n <li>General understanding of adhesive and sealants.</li>\n <li>Good time management.</li>\n <li>Data analysis.
