We are looking for a Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Switzerland (100% Remote) Your Responsibilities Actively acquire and support new customers while expanding existing business relationships in the areas of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and electromechanical parts Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to identify new business opportunities and expand our network Develop customer-specific sales solutions together with our international team of technical experts Identify market trends and drive the expansion of our market position in Switzerland Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue goals within your region Maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data Your profile Solid experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of electronic components, printed circuit boards, or electromechanics Strong technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions within Energy Storage / BESS Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and persuasiveness in dealing with customers Independent and structured way of working with entrepreneurial thinking Very good command of German and English (spoken and written) Residence in Switzerland Why us?
