    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Intelligence Management Specialist</strong> to join our team at <strong>Cannon AFB</strong> supporting the <strong>363</strong><strong>rd</strong><strong> Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW). </strong>The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role in managing, organizing, and optimizing information and knowledge-sharing processes to enhance mission effectiveness. This position requires expertise in knowledge management systems, collaboration tools, and the ability to streamline workflows to support intelligence and operational objectives. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement <strong>knowledge management strategies</strong> to ensure the efficient organization, storage, and retrieval of mission-critical information. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and maintain <strong>knowledge repositories</strong>, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and security. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across teams, units, and stakeholders to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and address gaps in knowledge-sharing processes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve workflows. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide training and support to personnel on the use of knowledge management tools and systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and leadership, to align knowledge management efforts with mission priorities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience Level:</strong> Minimum of 6 years w/o a degree or 4 years with AS/AA or2 years with BS/BA or 0 years with MS/MA</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>knowledge management systems</strong>, collaboration tools, and information-sharing platforms. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with tools such as <strong>SharePoint</strong>, <strong>Confluence</strong>, or other enterprise knowledge management solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of data organization, taxonomy, and metadata management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and training materials. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting the <strong>363 ISRW</strong> or similar organizations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of intelligence operations and information-sharing requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with advanced knowledge management tools and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications such as <strong>Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM)</strong> or equivalent.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Cannon AFB</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the knowledge management and intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
