This position is responsible for operating plastic injection molding equipment to produce world class medical products.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and comprehend shop orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assembling materials/parts together to complete shop orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coating of sheet materials by moving parts from cart to coating line</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Counting and tracking parts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pushing/pulling carts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Material handling such as operating pallet jack and/or forklift</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate machinery such as but not limited to molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers and punch presses&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to identify and/or troubleshoot minor issues that may arise with machinery and/or product</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Packaging and preparing sheet material to a finished good</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all BOPs and SOPs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Visually inspect products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all quality and safety standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED preferred, not required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic math skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read/write English</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General computer skills/knowledge</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use hand tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to stand/stoop/bend</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
