Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed.</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DISHWASHER INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><ul><li>Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence</li><li>Highly reliable, responsible, honest and focused on supporting the team at all times</li><li>Openness to constructive feedback and being coached/mentored</li><li>Openness to being cross trained in multiple restaurant positions</li><li>Arrive on time, in proper uniform, ready to work</li><li>Follow all company safety guidelines to the highest level which include personal standards, food quality standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene</li><li>Wash hands before and throughout shift, and always between prepping tasks</li><li>Maintain constant communication with Chef and BOH Leaders</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation, cleaning as you go</li><li>Throughout the shift, clean the dish machine, walls around, shelves, floor, tools, empty food traps clean and any surface that has come into contact with the product. Repeat at the end of shift</li><li>Use a sanitation bucket. Sanitize workstation and tools between prep jobs to prevent cross-contamination</li><li>Sweep the back kitchen every 30 minutes and mop when necessary</li><li>Exercise care with all utensils, dishes, and equipment to ensure minimum breakage</li><li>Adhere to Pacific Catch’s waste disposal standards, recycling and composting 100%</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude towards your job, your team and management</li><li>Per business needs, you may be asked to perform other related duties</li></ul><p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p><p>$18.00-$22.00 Per Hour</p>",
