          "text": "<p>Link Solutions is seeking a&#xa0;<strong>Network Administrator (Senior-Level)</strong>&#xa0;to join our team in&#xa0;Clarksburg, WV.</p><ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret&#xa0;Clearance</li><li>Non-remote&#xa0;(relocation incentive&#xa0;available)</li></ul><p>The<strong> Network Administrator&#xa0;</strong>will provide IT support at the&#xa0;Clarksburg Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC)&#xa0;in support of the Biometric Operations Department (BOD). This role ensures uninterrupted operations across Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) systems, including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Mission System Environments.</p><p>The Network Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and securing the network infrastructure. This role demands a strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, including Layer 2/3 switching, routing protocols, and network security standards. The administrator will ensure reliable and secure network operations by proactively monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing systems to support mission-critical activities.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage network performance and proactively maintain security protocols.&#xa0;</li><li>Configure, install, and maintain Layer 2/3 switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, encryption devices, and telecommunication systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Troubleshoot complex network issues across a variety of devices and configurations.&#xa0;</li><li>Implement and enforce information security procedures in compliance with organizational policies.&#xa0;</li><li>Configure routing protocols, including OSPF, BGP, and manage&#xa0;IPv4/IPv6-based networks.&#xa0;</li><li>Set up and manage IPSec tunnels, 802.1x, and 802.11 LAN/MAN environments.&#xa0;</li><li>Define and enforce network policies, procedures, and performance standards.&#xa0;</li><li>Train users in network operations and best practices.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.&#xa0;</em></p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret&#xa0;Clearance.</li><li>Five (5+)&#xa0;years of relevant experience working in a networking environment.</li><li>IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per&#xa0;DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,&#xa0;GICSP,&#xa0;GSEC, SSCP, etc.).</li><li>Experience in designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining core network infrastructure solutions.&#xa0;</li><li>Working knowledge of routing protocols (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), multicast), VoIP solutions, and cabling services.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS in computer science or information technology.</li><li>Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.&#xa0;</li><li>A problem solver and troubleshooter&#xa0;who thrives in resolving&#xa0;complex problems.</li><li>Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>",
