The Highway &amp; Bridge Vice President will be responsible for the leadership, growth, and financial performance (P&amp;L) of the Highway and Bridge Division of Kinsley Construction. This role will grow the business unit and position it to pursue larger, more complex DOT projects. Integrate estimating, project management, and field operations to drive alignment from preconstruction through execution and project delivery.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate with the President to develop, implement, and maintain the vision and long range strategic plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Represent the Division in discussions and negotiations with clients, contractors, regulatory officials, and other key stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate with Division leadership and Finance and Accounting to monitor project and overhead financials and support strong Division performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Development and oversight of the annual budgets for the Division.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Create and implement a strategic plan to grow Division.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Support project teams in managing budgets, estimates, financials, schedules, and safety to deliver profitable projects while upholding Kinsley Values.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide oversight of policies and procedures to ensure an adherence with the company structure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure coordination and collaboration with the various Kinsley Construction Divisions and Departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manage compensation of employees.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Build and lead high-performing teams across estimating, project management, and field operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work alongside with business development/client relations staff to develop and implement appropriate business development/client relations strategies to ensure stable regional growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work with the Marketing Department to develop and implement a marketing plan to promote regional brand awareness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Drive growth into new markets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Own full P&amp;L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Guide estimating strategy, pricing approach, and risk evaluation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure alignment between preconstruction assumptions and project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide executive oversight of project delivery (safety, schedule, cost, quality).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develop strong relationships with DOT agencies, clients, and industry partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties as required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">15+ years experience in heavy civil, highway, and bridge construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">PENNDOT, MDSHA, WVDOT, DELDOT, VDOT experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience delivering large complex DOT projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proven success scaling a construction Division.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Commitment to safety and quality across Division.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience in Dam Construction and Roller Compacted Concrete preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Design/Build and Joint Venture experience preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
