          "text": "<p>Provide maintenance support and repairs to production machinery, computer systems and facility for a 24hr / 7 day manufacturing operation.</p><p><strong>Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician 3 - Night Shift</strong></p><p><strong>Shift Hours: 7:30PM – 6:00AM - Weekends are required for shutdown maintenance. Some overtime and holiday work may be required, as dictated by business needs.</strong></p><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 DOE with Shift Differential of $1.25 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>Candidates must have experience performing electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed automated industrial machinery.</strong></p><p>Primary functions: provide production support, troubleshoot technical problems, perform corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize throughput and efficiency. Additionally, performs the duties of Maintenance Technician 2 as required.</p><p><strong><u>Key Duties / Responsibilities</u></strong><strong>: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Production Support (15%): </strong><ul><li>Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor.</li><li>Train production technicians in the proper set-up and copy troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Repairs (35%):</strong><ul><li>Effectively diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware/software in assigned area (facility, machinery, equipment, etc.)</li><li>Make timely and accurate repairs, as necessary, during production</li><li>Utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Preventative Maintenance (35%):</strong><ul><li>Inspect machinery for potential problems on a daily basis.&#xa0; Documents problems and schedules work/repairs as appropriate.</li><li>Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan.&#xa0; These activities will be recorded using proper PM sheets.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Administrative (10%):</strong><ul><li>Perform inventory control of parts and equipment used from inventory.</li><li>Inform Supervisor of parts and equipment used from inventory.</li><li>Record maintenance activities using the proper computer application or paperwork</li><li>Provide training and coaching to new maintenance technicians and inspects their work.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Housekeeping/Other (5%):</strong><ul><li>Perform housekeeping duties required of maintenance staff including work area clean-up, machine and equipment clean-up, sweeping up after clean-up and various other general housekeeping duties as assigned.</li><li><strong>Other duties as assigned</strong></li></ul></li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>Education &amp; Knowledge:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Associates Degree, technical certification, or equivalent preferred</li><li>Ability to speak and communicate effectively utilizing the English language.</li><li>Powered Industrial Truck Certification preferred</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience / Skills / Abilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years related electro-mechanical experience</li><li>Extensive hands on experience and detailed knowledge of:<ul><li>Industrial mechanical and electrical machines and systems</li><li>Computers hardware and software, specifically industrial controls and related I/O’s</li></ul></li><li>Able to identify and perform Level A, B, &amp; C equipment preventive maintenance.</li><li>Able to diagnose equipment faults and malfunctions.</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA regulations/requirements.</li><li>Able to read and understand schematics/blueprints.</li><li>Strong Computer literacy: Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet software.&#xa0; Ideal candidates will have experience with Inventory Software, Manufacturing Software, and Order Processing systems.</li><li>Must demonstrate good time management skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Plans and organizes daily work flow.</li><li>Ability to retain knowledge of procedures and processes and understand complex instructions and multi-step procedures.&#xa0;</li><li>Willingness to attend training classes to learn or enhance skills.</li><li>Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to organize work, people and materials.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills.&#xa0; Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.</li><li>Intermediate math skills.&#xa0; Ability to calculate area, circumference, volume, etc.</li><li>Service-oriented personality.</li><li>Ability to work independently on nights and weekend shifts.</li><li>Ability to work a 12-hour rotating work schedule with call-in and overtime duties.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibility:</u></strong></p><ul><li>None</li></ul><p><strong><u>Communication &amp; Contacts (Internal/External):</u></strong></p><ul><li>Informs leaders and other technicians of pertinent information and communicates to Plant personnel, leadership and other departments as necessary.</li><li>Communicates with equipment operators to determine problems with equipment before breakdown and to determine if equipment adjustments or repairs are necessary.</li><li>Communicates with outside vendors and various suppliers, service and maintenance providers.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Decision Making Scope:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Often must make decisions in conjunction with department supervisors to shut down equipment, schedule repairs, request for service.</li></ul>",
