Each officer will be responsible for their assigned location:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">1. Field Officer – Drama Site</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Drama (Camp)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Residency:</span> Based in Drama.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">2. Field Officer – Thiva Site</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Thiva (Camp)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Residency:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Based in Thiva or Athens (with travel to the site).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">1. Community Engagement & Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with beneficiaries to identify and record needs, following the guidance of the Employability Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Promote participation in the site's activities and sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as Odyssea’s representative within the facility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collect and input data into the internal management system.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">2. Individual Beneficiary Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Organize and conduct one-to-one sessions for needs assessment, CV creation, and ongoing guidance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Facilitate access to employment by assisting with job applications and cover letters, focusing on fostering learning and autonomy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide interview preparation and coaching where necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct holistic initial assessments and develop individual action plans in line with the employability team’s guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate outreach activities and schedule appointments.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">3. Data Management & Administration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Record and monitor all provided services within Odyssea’s tracking system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the consistency and accuracy of all collected information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the distribution of informational materials regarding access to services.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">4.
