Now we’re looking for another skilled problem-solver to join us.</p>\n<h3>Your Role</h3>\n<p>As a Maintenance Technician, no two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun.</p>\n<p>Based out of Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, you’ll work independently and alongside fellow technicians to keep our locations safe, functional, and looking their best. A company maintenance van is provided for work purposes, giving you the tools and mobility you need to succeed.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair and maintain store structures and equipment</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems</li>\n <li>Install, repair, and maintain electrical fixtures and conduit</li>\n <li>Perform plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry repairs</li>\n <li>Move, install, and adjust motors, fixtures, and equipment</li>\n <li>Test electrical systems for safety and code compliance</li>\n <li>Patch concrete and asphalt surfaces</li>\n <li>Support other technicians and maintenance projects as needed</li>\n <li>Help keep our stores operating safely and efficiently every day</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What Makes This Role Great?</h3>\n<p>This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and seeing the results of their work every day.</p>\n<p>You’ll enjoy:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A company-provided maintenance van</li>\n <li>Steady, year-round work</li>\n <li>A Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours</li>\n <li>Independence in the field</li>\n <li>Opportunities to expand your skills</li>\n <li>Being part of a supportive, family-owned company</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<p>We’re looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to jump in wherever needed.</p>\n<p>Successful candidates will have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work</li>\n <li>Comfort using hand and power tools</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>The ability to work independently and manage travel between locations</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license and reliable work ethic</li>\n <li>Flexibility for occasional emergency call-outs or weekend work</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Work Environment</h3>\n<p>This role keeps you moving. You’ll work indoors and outdoors around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, varying weather conditions, and moderate to loud noise levels.</p>\n<p>The regular schedule begins at 7:00 A.M., Monday through Friday, though occasional overtime or emergency response work may be needed.</p>\n<h3>Physical Requirements</h3>\n<p>This position is active and hands-on. You’ll regularly stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, lift materials, and work with tools and equipment throughout the day.
