font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Handle onboarding, offboarding and transfer administration for all people movements (e.g. new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations/terminations etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support new joiners’ onboarding and offboarding process, including collating staff movement announcements, planning and executing teams orientation and other engagement programs such as office welcome tour, interns community program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage end-to-end payroll process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinates office facilities and related operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor, upkeep and ensure security and accuracy of employees' records and documents in HRIS including leave and OIL records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and update employee handbook, guidelines, policies and process flows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Generate and analyze HR reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people decisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate and contribute towards implementation of regional HR projects, strategies and initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support tracking and monitoring HR budget and expenses, as well as tracking data of employee laptops and any other company assets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate setup of Employee Engagement activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in streamlining current HR processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
