    "description_html": "<p><b>Who We Are:</b><br>Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.<br><br><b>Job Summary:</b><br>Delivery Driver: Class A CDL are responsible for local delivery activities within a defined territory.<br><br>The work schedule is 4, 10 hour shifts.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Complete a pre-trip vehicle inspection.</li><li>Drive an assigned route, delivering product in a safe, timely, and professional manner, adhering to all DOT and traffic regulations.</li><li>Unload product from trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.</li><li>Check product in with store personnel.</li><li>Ensure deliveries are accurate by verifying orders and obtaining signatures.</li><li>Fill all cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.</li><li>Rotate all product according to company standards.</li><li>Pick up empty keg shells, damaged items, or mis-ordered product for credit.</li><li>Collect invoices and complete detailed route paperwork daily.</li><li>Communicate effectively with sales representatives and store personnel.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><b>Preferred Skills & Abilities: </b><ul><li>Delivery driver experience preferred.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Class-A CDL license, and medical card.</li><li>Must be able to navigate a hand truck full of product.</li><li>Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices.</li></ul><b>Physical Demands & Work Environment</b><ul><li>Must be able to lift and move cases ranging from 20 - 30 lbs. regularly and 160 lbs. to waist level. Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Work independently across multiple retail locations throughout the shift.</li><li>Operate delivery vehicle safely in frequently varying weather conditions.</li></ul><b><i>Benefits: </i></b><ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>401k matching up to 7%</li><li>Health insurance after 60 days</li><li>Discounted beverage products</li></ul>",
