They will help with transactional duties, reporting and work cross functionally to optimize the Demand Management responsibilities. <strong>This is a temporary role estimated to be a six month assignment.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em><u>Responsibilities&nbsp;</u></em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain fabric consumption reporting on a monthly basis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update monthly usage reporting for various product channels including GCP and Team Sports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze and create accurate fabric and component forecasts in Excel for Stock, Program and Custom needs globally by utilizing internal line level forecasts and Product Lifecycle management (PLM) system, along with trend information</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consolidate global requirements weekly and communicate them to each Raw Material Supplier</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with Merchandising, License Management leaders, Production and Sourcing teams globally in the development of demand forecasts for raw materials</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Refresh month-end reports and maintain KPI tracking</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide key support and administrative assistance to the fabric planning and S&amp;OP processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and update Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create Info Records and Source Lists for our Subcontractors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process routine transactions (transfers, receipts etc.) for all subcontractors that do not maintain SAP</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process inventory transactions and cycle counts as guided to help manage inventory accuracy</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with creating heat seal purchase orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update SAP MRP/Planning Parameters to ensure system accuracy including Safety Stocks, MOQ, Lead Times, and MRP Data</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in program roll up process, adding approved PIRs, firming requisitions, updating Demand Eval reports and cleanup of old programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track PIRs and maintain reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update historical data to assist Global Supply Chain Planners in forecasting process</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with firming stock requisitions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Refresh and distribute hot market inventory reports for sales</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties or tasks as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities&nbsp;<br></u></em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize new systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must possess good mathematical skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detail oriented;
