Don't think traditional retail, Bonobos is something you haven't seen before.</p>\n<h2>Location Name</h2>New York Office\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW </strong></p>\n<p>Bonobos is seeking an Assistant CAD Designer, you will support the CAD design process by assisting in the development of original artwork, creating colorways, and organizing digital assets. This role will work closely with the Associate CAD Designer, CAD Designer, and the broader Design Team, contributing to the creating of prints and patterns across categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in color and print design while building the foundation for a career in the fashion industry.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the CAD Designer and the Associate CAD Designer with creating artwork based on seasonal design under guidance.</li>\n <li>Assist in cleaning, color separation, creating repeats, and learning print techniques.</li>\n <li>Aid in the creation of custom yarn dye plaids and patterns.</li>\n <li>Assist in organizing and maintaining digital color and print libraries, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.</li>\n <li>Help prepare colorways from seasonal palettes with oversight from senior team members.</li>\n <li>Help prepare artwork for production, ensuring files meet all vendor and production requirements.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Designers on assisted projects as needed and learn to interpret their specific needs.</li>\n <li>Attend and take notes during design meetings, contributing feedback on trends and design updates.</li>\n <li>Finalize artwork to be production-ready and assist in passing off files to production and vendors.</li>\n <li>Stay on top of production calendar deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed on time.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing presentations for cross-functional partners showcasing seasonal artwork.</li>\n <li>Participate in seasonal presentations to design leadership and cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Develop proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD, and PLM systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>0 – 3 years of experience in design or graphic-related work.</li>\n <li>Associate degree in fine art, design, or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Foundational knowledge of design software.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong sense of color and eye for detail.</li>\n <li>Eagerness to learn and take direction in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate ideas clearly and contribute in team settings.</li>\n <li>Interest in trend analysis and willingness to contribute to the creative process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS & COMPENSATION</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHOENIX offers a range of benefits to help protect full-time associate’s health and long-term financial security including: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage </li>\n <li>401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match </li>\n <li>Merchandise discount </li>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n <li>Parental leave for new moms and dads </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For part-time associates, PHOENIX is partnering with LIG Solutions to help associates obtain individual insurance coverage that best fits their needs and budget, including major medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life Insurance and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additionally, part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Part-time associates may also be eligible to participate in the Bonobos Guideshop Incentive Plan.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Early Entry</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>$28.17 - $39.47\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>If you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act click here.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
