Our team partners with clients across a wide range of industries to deliver meaningful results.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Purpose</span></p>\n<p>BGM is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead audit engagements from planning through completion while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality client service.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who operates with a high level of independence, confidently manages engagements, and contributes to the development of staff and client relationships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead audit engagements from planning through issuance</li>\n<li>Oversee all phases of audit execution, including risk assessment and testing strategy</li>\n<li>Review workpapers and ensure compliance with professional standards</li>\n<li>Provide guidance, coaching, and development to audit staff and seniors</li>\n<li>Identify complex audit and accounting issues and recommend solutions</li>\n<li>Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Managers and Partners on engagement strategy and deliverables</li>\n<li>Ensure efficient engagement execution, budgets, and timelines</li>\n<li>Assist with training, process improvements, and best practices</li>\n<li>Stay current on accounting and auditing standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field</li>\n<li>4–7+ years of public accounting audit experience</li>\n<li>CPA required or strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Proven experience leading audit engagements independently</li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and team development experience</li>\n<li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Excellent client service and communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Love About Us</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make an Impact</span>.
