    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>This is a 2nd shift position</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Minimum Job Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Must be able to read tape measure and blue prints.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Preheating and/or post heating of parts using proper preheating procedures and the use of temp sticks as well as inter-pass temperatures, as well as using required and furnished electrical and/or gas equipment and following prescribed or standard practices.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Demonstrate a high degree of cosmetic acceptability in all welding operations.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Utilization of gas heating and burning equipment to cut and/or fit parts.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Detection and reporting of defective material, faulty operations and unusual conditions to proper supervision and quality personnel.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Pressure pipe welding in areas where required.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Operation of machine assisted weld equipment in buildings where required.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Maintain weld qualification by using the process at least once in a six month period.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Other duties as determined by supervision.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Working Environment:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">This position is located on the production shop floor, in multiple buildings.&nbsp; While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use tools or controls.&nbsp; The employee is frequently required to stand, reach, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.&nbsp; Incumbent will work in a typical fabrication environment including the use of solvents, adhesives, hydraulic oil, petroleum products, etc.&nbsp; There is frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Certification in overhead crane operations</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Must be fully certified in the GMAW (mig) processes in the flat position welding (AWS D1.1)&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;\">Certification for pressure pipe welding in areas where the process is part of the normal job duties.</span></span></li></ul>",
