    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p>The Shipping &amp; Receiving Clerk supports the sustainability efforts facilitating the movement of incoming and outgoing products through the warehouse &amp; manufacturing area. Follows all Safety, GMP, and Food Safety policies and procedures.<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform all duties in the shipping/receiving office including customer service with truck drivers.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accurately process shipping &amp; receiving paperwork.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extensive use of communicating with all levels of the organization.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Customer Service experience in a business to business setting.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Willing and able to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including periods of time in refrigerated, noisy, non-air conditioned or unheated areas.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience utilizing organizational skills to file paperwork, manage, answer, and place vendor and/or internal or external calls.<br><br>Basic Qualifications:<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Microsoft, SAP experience<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Willingness and ability to work any shift to include variable start times, nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Three (3) year or more of experience in clerical position<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Microsoft, SAP experience<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Three (3) year or more of experience shipping &amp; receiving clerical position<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Two (2) years or more of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse &amp; manufacturing environment.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in food manufacturing<br><br>DISCLAIMER: The Position Description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
