What You’ll Do Own outbound prospecting – Cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, emails, phone, text, and social media outreach — whatever it takes to connect and convert. Follow up on inbound leads – Speed to lead is the biggest factor in inbound conversion rates. Fill the pipeline – Identify and generate new leads to build a rock-solid sales funnel. Qualify like a pro – Ask the right questions, dig deep, and uncover real opportunities. Collaborate with the team – Work closely with sales, product, support, and design teams to understand our solutions and drive results. Leverage data to win – Maintain accurate records, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize success. Hit and exceed targets – Meet or beat your quarterly goals for held Discovery and Demo meetings. What You Bring 2-4 years of business development or sales experience (bonus points for SaaS, Incentives, Martech or B2B sales). Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience with CRM, social media, and other sales tech (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong communication and relationship building skills, you know how to connect and engage. Resilience. Rejection isn’t personal; it’s just part of the game.
