You’ve found it!</p><p><br></p><p>Our Wholesale Warehouse is looking to add a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to our <strong>Shreveport</strong> location.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Warehouse Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Unload incoming shipments and verify product condition, quantity, and accuracy.</li><li>Pick and stage tires and merchandise according to invoices or pick tickets.</li><li>Load outbound shipments securely and accurately for delivery.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) following &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;certification and safety protocols.</li><li>Inspect loads for damage, shortages, or overages and report discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures while handling materials weighing up to 75–100 lbs.</li></ul><p><strong>Driver Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate 16’–28’ box trucks for customer deliveries&nbsp;</li><li>Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries&nbsp;</li><li>Perform pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately&nbsp;</li><li>Complete required driver logs, vehicle records, and paperwork&nbsp;</li><li>Make COD collections when applicable and follow proper cash handling procedures &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with route information and customer follow-ups as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safe operation and constant care of company vehicles</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>PAY &amp; BENEFITS</strong></u></p><ul><li>Weekly pay starting at $16.50+/hr</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Health Benefits: Medical, Dental Vision, Life insurance and more</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with Company matching</li><li>Paid Vacation and Holidays</li><li>An Equal Opportunity Employer</li><li>Drug Free Workplace</li></ul>",
