Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. As the Program Coordinator , you will be responsible for the daily operations of a group home, including supervision of staff, management of program budget, and assurance of quality milieu services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the group home is compliant with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including all Medication Administration Protocols.
