Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As the Program Coordinator</strong>, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a group home, including supervision of staff, management of program budget, and assurance of quality milieu services. Bachelor’s degree <em>preferred</em>. </li>\n <li>Previous experience working in a congregate care setting <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Supervisory experience <em>preferred. </em></li>\n <li>Must be flexible schedule-wise in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the program. </li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM in Rutland, MA.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
