This role offers a <strong>predictable 4-day work week and high-acuity clinical exposure</strong>, allowing you to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine while working within a supportive and efficient care environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Quick Facts</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> <strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time, Employed• <strong>Schedule / Hours:</strong> Four 10-hour shifts per week• <strong>Call:</strong> No call required• <strong>Patient Volume:</strong> Approximately 45 patients per day per center• <strong>Location:</strong> Denison, TX and Durant, OK (rotation between sites)• <strong>Practice Setting:</strong> Urgent Care centers (open 7 days per week)• <strong>Support / Care Team:</strong> Collaborative team of providers and clinical support staff• <strong>EMR / Technology:</strong> Modern urgent care EMR system</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages in a fast-paced clinical environment• Perform typical urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, and minor procedures• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff• Manage day-to-day patient care responsibilities• Document care using EMR system</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> <strong>Salary:</strong> $130,000 + incentives/bonuses• <strong>Sign-on / Relocation:</strong> Relocation assistance may be available• <strong>Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement:</strong> Comprehensive benefits package• <strong>PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility:</strong> Paid time off and CME allowance• <strong>Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support:</strong> 4-day work week with no call</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant• Active or eligible Texas and/or Oklahoma license• Minimum of 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or related experience preferred• Comfortable with common urgent care procedures• Emergency Room experience preferred but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Growth & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Opportunity to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine• Supportive team environment with experienced providers• Affiliation with a national healthcare organization offering long-term career growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Texoma Medical Center is a <strong>414-bed regional referral center</strong> serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
