At </span><span>Ranovus</span><span>, </span><span>you’ll</span><span> join a collaborative, inclusive team that values learning, flexibility, and meaningful work with global impact.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Line Manager (PLM)</span> to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">multi-terabit optical engines</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Contribute</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the product roadmap for high-capacity optical engines (100G–200G/lane, multi-terabit systems).</li>\n<li>Anticipate customer needs and align products to Hyperscaler, AI/ML infrastructure, and networking roadmaps.</li>\n<li>Work with executive leadership to set pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer &amp; Market Engagement</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary interface with hyperscalers, networking OEMs, and semiconductor partners.</li>\n<li>Collect and translate customer requirements into product features and specifications.</li>\n<li>Build business cases, market analyses, and competitive positioning for product decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Leadership</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive collaboration across engineering, sales, operations, and executive teams to deliver on time and within budget.</li>\n<li>Define MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).</li>\n<li>Ensure seamless new product introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance &amp; Metrics</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Track KPIs across revenue, margins, adoption rate, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for differentiation in power efficiency, bandwidth density, and cost per bit.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span><span> </span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical marketing in optical interconnects, photonics, or semiconductor industries.</li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of silicon photonics, optical engines, pluggables, or Co-Packaged Optics (CPO).</li>\n<li>Proven success managing multi-terabit interconnect products or high-speed networking technologies (Ethernet, PCIe, InfiniBand, etc.).</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving new product adoption in emerging markets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>You Belong </span><span>At</span><span> </span><span>Ranovus</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>We appreciate the time you invest in exploring opportunities with us.
