    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Information Technology (IT) Lead</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The IT Lead provides Tier 3 technical support and leads advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, and infrastructure improvement. This role develops, maintains, and implements IT systems, applications, and network configurations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Resolve escalated service requests and technical issues.</li><li>Analyze, recommend, and implement IT infrastructure improvements.</li><li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications.</li><li>Support end-users onsite, remotely, and via phone/email.</li><li>Provide technical leadership on Microsoft, Apple, and server systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years.</li><li>IAT Level II and CE/OS certification.</li><li>PMI certification.</li><li>Windows or Apple Certified Technician.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, hardware, and network troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Jamf Pro.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Authorization/Security Clearance:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship</li><li>Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:&nbsp;</strong>This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
