This role ensures equipment reliability, production readiness, and compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement and team initiatives.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Perform mechanical and electromechanical maintenance activities on production equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair issues involving fillers, case packers, cappers, blend systems, silos, and CIP systems&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on processing and packaging equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Support equipment changeovers, conversions, and precision machine setup&nbsp;</li><li>Document maintenance activities and complete work orders in the CMMS system&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with maintenance planning, parts procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Support plant utilities including boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, and chillers&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with GMP and SOP requirements&nbsp;</li></ul>",
