      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>5+ years of experience recruiting for multiple departments and hiring managers</li>\n<li>Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting for complex roles; experience in both an agency setting and high-growth startup is preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience using creative sourcing techniques and tools like Gem or SeekOut to nurture a diverse pipeline of candidates.</li>\n<li>Recruiting experience should include hiring across a variety of technical domains with both engineering and non-engineering roles.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software development roles with the ability to evaluate technical skills across various roles.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills — you should be able to clearly communicate updates and expectations to candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process.</li>\n<li>A positive attitude.
