Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transporting residents for group activities and/or personal appointments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Required Experience for Transportation Driver: </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a compassion for older adults.</li>\n <li><strong>Must possess a valid driver’s license.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must possess a Class E driver's license. </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities for Transportation Driver:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents.</li>\n <li>Provides transportation services to current American House residents for appointments in the community within a 10 mile radius.</li>\n <li>Works directly with Executive Director(s) to coordinate transportation for prospective residents when needed.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining a schedule of resident appointment times.</li>\n <li>Keeps current American House marketing materials in the bus at all times.</li>\n <li>Communicates with the Executive Director/Maintenance Director any required maintenance or repair of building vehicle.</li>\n <li>Maintain Class E license.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Founded in 1979, American House Senior Living Communities’ vision is to provide high-quality housing for senior at a price affordable for retirees and their families.
