    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Director of Treasury will lead the company’s global treasury strategy.  With a strong focus on building a modern treasury organization, this role is responsible for optimizing liquidity, managing financial risk, and developing hedging strategies to protect earnings and cash flow. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, data-supported decision making, execution focus, strategic leadership and strong business partnership skills.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Treasury Strategy & Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute the company’s overall treasury strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets</li>\n <li>Serve as a strategic advisor to CFO and executive leadership on capital structure, risk, and liquidity </li>\n <li>Lead and mentor treasury team while driving treasury system enhancements to establish scalable processes, systems and controls</li>\n <li>Ensure strong internal controls over treasury operations and oversee compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Liquidity, Cash Management & Capital Markets</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee cash activity, forecasting, and liquidity planning </li>\n <li>Optimize cash utilization and working capital efficiency across business units</li>\n <li>Manage banking relationships and lending partners to ensure streamlined connections, consistent compliance and supported growth </li>\n <li>Evaluate financing alternatives and capital allocation strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FX  & Interest Rate Risk Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and implement global FX & interest rate risk management strategies </li>\n <li>Identify and quantify exposures and implement appropriate hedging programs</li>\n <li>Partner with accounting to ensure hedge accounting compliance (ASC 815 / IFRS 9) </li>\n <li>Provide recommendations and implement changes based on macroeconomic trends and company growth objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Credit Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead company credit function, overseeing counterparty risk, collections and credit policy while supporting commercial growth</li>\n <li>Protect company assets in balancing risk and optimizing working capital</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Insurance Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the company’s insurance programs, including property, casualty, liability, D&O, cyber, and other specialty coverages </li>\n <li>Lead annual insurance renewals, including market negotiations, coverage analysis, and premium optimization </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>Required:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li>\n <li>10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience </li>\n <li>Deep expertise in FX and interest rate hedging strategies </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of derivatives and hedge accounting </li>\n <li>Experience managing banking and lending relationships </li>\n <li>Experience overseeing or partnering on corporate insurance programs </li>\n <li>Proven leadership experience managing teams </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Preferred</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>MBA, CFA, or CTP designation </em></li>\n <li><em>Experience in a multinational or publicly traded company </em></li>\n <li><em>Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, etc.)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirments</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This role will require occasional travel.</li>\n <li>The role may require long periods of sitting. </li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.</li>\n <li>The employee may be regularly exposed to very dusty and noisy conditions</li>\n <li>The employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Note: Valid Driver’s License required for insurance purposes. </em><em>Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of this position at any time.</em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
