As a cyber defense trainer, you will be responsible for the research, analysis, design, development, and customizing of instructional materials to potentially support WBT (Web-Based Training)/CBT (Computer-Based Training)/ILT (Instructor-Led Training).</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>&nbsp;Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Consult with the client to develop learning objectives and a training approach.</li><li>Research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials to potentially support WBT (Web-Based Training)/CBT (Computer-Based Training)/ILT (Instructor-Led Training).</li><li>Apply various instructional strategies, models, and theories to develop learning content to enhance learning transfer and greater on-the-job performance.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure impactful, relevant course content and a supporting training range.</li><li>Present/instruct developed courseware.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Three years of cyber security experience with emphasis on cybersecurity course training development</li><li>Three years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent)</li><li>Strong background /familiarity with Windows and Linux command line, networking, traffic analysis, and MITRE ATT&amp;CK framework</li><li>Experience working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Protection Team (CPT), or Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP)</li><li>IAT Level III certification required</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>HS Diploma</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>3+ years relevant experience</li></ul><p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Active TS/SCI</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Note:</strong></p><p>In compliance with Colorado&#39;s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is based on education, experience, and responsibilities.</p><p>ITS, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer to include veterans and individuals with disabilities.</p><p>U.S. Citizenship is required.</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
