As a valued member of our team, the Regional Director of Operations will receive a <strong>highly competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, annual performance bonus and incentive equity</strong>. Standard full time benefits will be providing including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, ample PTO, 401k, etc. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Spend 60 percent of your time “in the field”</strong> <strong>visiting and supporting affiliated dental practices</strong></li>\n <li>Provide oversite, strategic guidance, and operational support to dental practices across assigned region <strong>(Florida: Tampa & Orlando metro areas primarily)</strong></li>\n <li>Assist in the onboarding and integrations of recently affiliated dental practices, including implementation of company operational procedures and processes</li>\n <li>Maintain <strong>regular communication</strong> with affiliated doctors and practice staff while visiting each practice within the region on a regular basis</li>\n <li>Review practice trends and performance objectives on a regular basis including a <strong>monthly operational review</strong>, with a goal of increasing practice Revenue and EBITDA over time</li>\n <li><strong>Develop, review, and implement recommended operational processes</strong>, procedures, and other company initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO)</li>\n <li>Collaborate with each practice within the region to help <strong>resolve operational issues</strong></li>\n <li>Contribute to the creation of Star Dental Partners’ policies & procedures and best practices to help the organization scale effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of regional dental operations management experience</strong> required</li>\n <li><strong>P&L responsibility</strong> and experience with budget management, personnel management, and team building</li>\n <li>Highly organized and <strong>detail-oriented</strong> work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to <strong>work collaboratively</strong> with all team members, both at the practice level and Support Center</li>\n <li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li>\n <li>Demonstrates a <strong>sense of urgency</strong> and works well under pressure</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the <strong>initiative to work independently</strong></li>\n <li>Strong ability to <strong>prioritize</strong>, multi-task, and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, <strong>accountability</strong>, and a high level of professionalism</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Ability to <strong>travel frequently</strong>, 60 percent or more</li>\n <li>Located in <strong>Florida</strong> (Tampa or Orlando Metro Area Preferred) with<strong> close proximity to a major airport</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Practice Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Star Dental Partners</strong> (Star) is a private equity-backed <strong>Dental Support Organization</strong> (DSO) that acquires, partners with, and supports leading dentists and dental practices throughout the <strong>Southeastern United States</strong> with their non-clinical business challenges.
